About Forest Therapy

(Re)Connecting with Nature

During a forest therapy walk, we use our senses to notice the natural world around us.

Participants are gently guided through various nature connection invitations, with time for reflection. Participants may share as much or as little as they wish about what they are experiencing.

Every forest therapy walk is grounded in reciprocity between humans and the more-than-human world.

When we slow down, pause our busy lives and busier minds, we become open to receiving the benefits.

The Forest is the Therapist, the Guide opens the Doors.
